BIOGRAPHY

​  Brooke Mihalek has studied, taught and performed across the southeast.  After studying performing arts at Western Kentucky University, Brooke continued her dance education at the University of South Carolina, and Georgia Ballet. In Atlanta, she joined the entertainment cast at Stone Mountain Park, choreographed musicals, and taught at several dance studios.
 
For the past 20 years, Brooke has played an active part in the Nashville performing arts community by instructing at numerous dance studios, choreographing high school musicals, and performing professionally in theatre with credits such as The Producers, Singing in the Rain, All Shook Up. Brooke has transitioned to acting in Film & TV,  represented by BMG Atlanta Talent Agency.

Most recently, Brooke wrote her first script, a short film titled, "My Therapist Says". Her 2nd short script won the Tennessee Screenwriting Association's 2026 "Short & Sweet" Competition. She also a recipient of the Tennessee Screenwriting Association's 2026 Chase Scholarship. Most recently, Brooke's 3rd short script, "For Abuela" won the Tennessee Screenwriting Association 2026 "Short & Shoot" Competition. Penumbra Entertainment will produce a short film from her winning script. In her free time, Brooke can be found volunteering her time at the Williamson County Animal Shelter as well as spending time with her family.
